HOPE Shoebox

HOPE Shoebox

Dear Brothers and Sisters, HOPE worldwide Australia is launching a new project this December called the “HOPE Shoebox” for children in Papua New Guinea. HOPEworldwide Australia and HOPE PNG is supporting two schools in Port Moresby – the Mercy Care School and the Badihagwa School. This  project will provide a Christmas gift to children in Papua New Guinea. Here is how it works:

Make a donation online of $50 to HOPE worldwide Australia which will be used to purchase a HOPE Shoebox. You can sponsor more than one child if you wish. Please put ‘HOPE Shoebox’ in the message box. https://www.givenow.com.au/hopeworldwideauspapua

Write a personal greeting and include a photo of yourself and/or family. This can be in the form of a scanned Christmas card or just email text with an attached photo. Email the personal greeting with photo to: ricaredodelacosta@gmail.com

A child in Papua New Guinea will receive your personal greeting and a HOPE shoebox filled with school supplies for a year!

The child will have an opportunity to write a Thank you letter. Funds will be collected by HOPE worldwide Australia and sent directly to HOPE worldwide PNG who will purchase and distribute the gifts locally- saving on shipping and helping the local economy. Gifts will be sent to children of the Mercy Care School, Badihagwa School and Children attending the Port Moresby Church of Christ. Our goal is to reach over 200 Children! Thank you in advance for encouraging a child in Papua New Guinea this Christmas!
