Step 2 – Sign Legal Waiver
This year we are trialling an online form for signatures of the disclaimer. This method will hopefully make the signing of the form easy and seamless as all steps will be done online.
After completing your online registration, you will need to have a Parent/Guardian of the Teen sign the Disclaimer / Legal Waiver. We ask that both Parent/Guardians and Teens take the time to read the document in full, as it states full expectations from the parent and the teen of the rules, guidelines and procedures for behaviour whilst at the camp.
After signing the online Disclaimer / Legal Waiver form, it will be automatically emailed to the nominated Church Leaders for their signature of approval. Once the Church Leaders have signed the form, you will receive an email copy for your records.
If you have any questions or issues regarding the online waiver form please contact Jody Jensen firstname.lastname@example.org
